CONSIDERING:
It is necessary to restructure the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES in order to distribute the functions assigned by Law No. 23,930 among the Subsecretariats dependent on it.
That this measure is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of Article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.
Therefore,

Article 1 Artículo Replace the sections of art. 1 of Decree No. 479 of 14 March 1990, with the amendments to the No. 755 dated 23 April 1990; 871 of 4 May 1990 and 230 of 4 February 1991, for the jurisdictions of the former Ministries of Economy and Public Works and Services, for the following:MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.
I . SUBSECRETARIA DE ECONOMIA.
II . SUBSECRETARIA DE RELATIONS INSTITUTIONAL.
III . HACIENDA SUBSECRETARIA.

V . SUBSECRETARIA DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA.

MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES
I . SUBSECRETARIA DE ECONOMIA.
It will have as its mission the former SECRETARY-GENERAL OF ECONOMIC COORDINATION AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
II . SUBSECRETARIA DE RELATIONS INSTITUTIONAL.
It will have as its mission to assist the Ministry of Economy in the development of the tasks inherent in the support of institutional relations both with the various areas of NACIONAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION and the JUDICIAL PODER and with the different sectors of the public and private spheres.
III . HACIENDA SUBSECRETARIA.
It will have as its mission the assignment to the former HACIENDA SECRETARIAT.
IV . PUBLIC FINANCE SUBSECRETARIA.
It will be assigned as a mission to the former PUBLIC INCOME SECRETARY.
V . SUBSECRETARIA DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA.
The mission will be assigned to the former ENERGY SUBSECRETARIA, except for the mission assigned to the COMBUSTIBLE SUBSECRETARIA.
VI . INDUSTRIA AND TRADE SUBSECRETARY.
The mission will be assigned to the former SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND EXTERIOR TRADE, INTERIOR TRADE and MINERIA.
VII . SUBSECRETARIA DE COORDINATION ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL.
It will have as its mission the assignment to the former SECTORS OF POLITICA SALARIAL PUBLICO, TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION.
VIII . SUBSECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA and PESCA.
The mission will be assigned to the former SECRETARIAT of AGRICULTURA, GANADERÍA and PESCA.
IX . SUBSECRETARIA DE COMBUSTIBLES.
The mission will be assigned to the former ENERGIA SUBSECRETARIA in the hydrocarbon sector.
X DE SUBSECRETARIA ARTW AND PUBLIC SERVICES
It will have as its mission the assignment to the former ARTWERS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS, assisting the Minister of Economics and Public Works and Services in everything inherent in the direction and conduct of the decentralized entities of the sector.
XI . SUBSECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE.
It will have as its mission the assignment to the former SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTE, assisting the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services in everything inherent in the direction and conduct of the decentralized entities of the sector.
