PUBLIC TITLES Decree 2.661/91 Expand the issue of titles "Inversion and Growth Bonuses - 1991 - Fifth Series".

VISTO Decree No. 847 of 2 May 1991, which provides for the issuance of Australian bearer titles called "INVERSION AND GROWING BODIES - 1991 - Fifth Series" for up to AUSTRALES TRECE BILLONES VALOR NOMINAL (VAN 13.000.000.000.000), and

CONSIDERING

That the aforementioned Bonuses were issued to be offered in exchange for the "BONS OF INVERSION AND GROWING - 1989" which was issued by Decree No. 593 of 29 March 1990, and its extension provided for by Decree No. 1378 of 23 July 1990.

It is considered appropriate to apply to the payment of debts of the NATIONAL TESORO, the Bonds whose issue was prepared by Decree No. 847/91, for which purpose it is necessary to extend the emission established by the Decree.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to issue public debt values through article 33 of Law No. 11.672 (modified by article 34 of Law No. 16.432 and Act No. 16.911) and article 13 of Law No. 23.990.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Amplified in the sum of AUSTRALES DOSCIENTA MIL MILLONES VALUE NOMINAL (VAN 240,000.000.000), the issue of the titles called "BONOS DE INVERSION y CRECENCIA - 1991 - Fifth Series" provided by Decree No. 847 of 2 May 1991.

The Bonuses of the present expansion will have the same characteristics as those issued by the decree and may be used to pay the debts of the NATIONAL TESORO.
