FINANCIAL ENTITIES:

We address you in order to inform you that the Board of Directors of this Institution has sanctioned Resolution No. 140 of 25-3-99, in which it provides:

1/ Deflect points 1.2.2.3.1.2. and 1.2.2.3.2. Chapter XVII of the Runor - 1 in its current writing, replacing it with the following:

"In the event of temporary or permanent disqualification to serve as promoters, founders, directors, administrators, members of the monitoring councils, trustees, liquidators, managers, auditors, partners or shareholders of the entities covered by the law of financial entities, the relevant communication shall be immediately issued as applied, even if the sanction had not been final; without prejudice to the power of Mr. Superintendent of Financial and Change Entities to temporarily suspend the advertising of the same in case of a review of the trade or order of part".

2nd) Such advertising shall apply to all disqualifications made after the publication of the present.

3rd) Get to know the Financial Institutions, Houses, Agencies and Offices of Change and posted in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic.
