VISTO the provisions of article 2 of Act No. 23.697 and article 2 of Decree No. 824 of 21 September 1989; and
CONSIDERING:
It is necessary to promote the teaching of science, art, technology, scientific and/or technological research and to protect and promote human health.
It is therefore appropriate to facilitate the receipt of donations from abroad and intended to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
That this can be achieved through exemptions from import duties that tax the income of donated goods
That this act is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution and section 2 of Act No. 23.697.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 Artículo Incorporate as a paragraph of Article 2 of Decree No. 824 of 21 September 1989 the following:(in) Exemptions of taxes, taxes and customs duties to imports originated in donations made by foreign or international entities not based in the country, in favour of associations and civil entities of public good, which aim to promote the teaching of science, art, technique, scientific and/or technological research and to protect and promote human health, or any State agency.
