VISTO Law No. 23,696, which declared in a state of emergency the provision of public services, the execution of public sector contracts and the financial situation of the Public Administration. and
CONSIDERING:
Article 2 of the Act authorizes the executive branch to make available for a period of COUNTRY (180) extended days for one time and for the same time, the intervention of all entities, companies and societies, whatever their legal type of exclusive ownership of the national State and/or other entities of the national public sector of a productive, commercial, industrial or public service character.
That according to this rule the intervention of various entities, companies and companies has been arranged by the term authorized therein, resulting in the extension of the term indicated.
In addition, since the emergency situation resulting from the sanction of Act No. 23,696 persists, it is also considered appropriate to have the extension of the provisions contained in the Chapter and the Act on Emergency Contracts.
That this measure is determined in the exercise of the powers conferred by articles 2 and 46 of Act No. 23,696.
