PUBLIC DEUDA Decree 719/90 Extend the issuance of the titles to the carrier and negotiable in bags called "Bonos Externos de la República Argentina 1989".

VISTO the provisions of Decree No. 36 of 3 January 1990 and

CONSIDERING:

That the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, as a State Financial Agent and Economic Advisor of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, has advised the expansion of the issue of Public Debt Titles called "External BONS 1989" in order to comply with the provisions of the precited rule.

That the issue of the above-mentioned values falls within the provisions of Act No. 19,686, as amended by Acts 22,330 and 23,770 and Article 21 of Act No. 22.451, and Article 13 of Act No. 23.763, in force in accordance with Article 13 of the Public Accounting Act (Decree-Law No. 23,354 of 31 December 1956).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 El The BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTIN REPUBLIC, in its capacity as the Financial Agent of the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, will proceed to expand the issue with the prior conformity of the SUBSECRETARIA OF HACIENDA and registration by the General CONTADURY of the NATION, of the titles to the bearer and negotiable in the stock exchange called " EXTERNATIVE BONSEQUENCY BONS"
