Please update Annex 8 "University Title II Supplement for the Air Force of Law No. 19.101.

VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, as proposed by Mr. MInistro de Defensa, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 1154/82 approved the additions and replacements in Titles I and II of the Regulations for the Air Force of Law No. 19.101 for Military Personnel.

That in order to allow the perception of the Basic and Additional Supplements, by the Military Staff of the Professional Service Corps, Complementary Scaffolding, it is necessary to update Annex 8 "Supplement by University Degree", Title II of the Rules cited.

It is therefore appropriate to promote the dictation of the relevant administrative measure according to the criterion expressed in Article 107 of Act No. 19.101.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Add to Annex 8 Subject by Master Title II of the Regulation for the Air Force, of Law No.19.101 for Military Personnel, the following Titles of the Complementary Scale of the Professional Service Corps:

(a) Systems Analyst.

(b) Medical Assistant.

(c) Degree in Business Administration.

(d) Cartographer.

(e) Systems degree.

(f) Technician in Synoptic Meteorology.
