VISTO the provisions of Act No. 23,696, as proposed by the Ministry of Defence, and
CONSIDERING:
That, pursuant to the policy adopted by the reference law, it is appropriate to continue the process of privatization provided by that rule with respect to various companies, societies and establishments currently operating in the area of the Ministry of Defence and that due to their economic situation it is necessary to remove them from state management with the aim, inter alia, of reducing the fiscal deficit.
That for the purpose of enabling the corresponding disposals, the prior declaration of "Subject to Privatization" by the Executive and the subsequent approval of the Honorable Congress would be necessary.
That this measure is determined under article 9 of Act No. 23,696.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1- The companies, companies and establishments of the Ministry of Defence area, whose payroll is listed as Annex I, are part of the present, say "Subjects to Privatization".
