VISTO Issue No. 77,064 of the Register of the SUBSECRETARIA OF JUSTICE under the Ministry of EDUCATION and JUSTICE, through which the creation of a Particular Supplement for "Professional", non-remunerative and non-boniable EDUCATIONAL EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION EDUCATION AND JUSTICE EDUCATION EFFECTORY is encouraged for staff members with a functioning of the PENITENCIENTIAL SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE

CONSIDERING

That Act No. 20.416 (Organic of FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE) in its article 1 states that the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE is the National Security Force for the custody and custody of the accused, and for the enforcement of custodial sanctions, in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

That the mission of the Institution itself requires its members a highly risky dedication, which makes it stained with an undue vocation that, through it, is offered to the community.

That in the exercise of the prison profession, staff must be willing to take all kinds of risks even in cases where the danger reaches higher levels, and therefore to deal with it until its final consequences.

That in no way the supreme value at stake is susceptible to pecuniary valuation, plus a Particular Supplement that meets such risk, would be in addition to an incentive, a virtual recognition of the community to those who impose such a great sacrifice according to the whole society.

That in the emoluments currently perceived by such personnel, this aspect is not expressly envisaged.

That the TECHNICAL COMMISSION ASESORA DE POLITICA SALARIAL DEL SECTOR PUBLICO has taken action and has been issued favourably.

That the measure fits into the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by Article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 As of 1 August 1990, in the area of FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE, a Special Supplement for "Professional ERIESGO", non-remunerative and non-refundable for personnel with active prison status.

Art. 2° El The Special Supplement mentioned in the preceding article will be from AUSTRALES SETECIENTOS MIL (A700.000.-), equal to all hierarchies of the Senior and Sub-alternate Staff.

This amount will be updated with the average increase rate that after the date referred to in the previous article, the Monthly Staff of the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE is modified.

Art. 3° de Replace, from 1 August 1990, the incorporation into article 3 of Decree No. 101/85 as subsection (1) of its subparagraph (h) provided for in article 1 of Decree No. 654 of 24 May 1988, with the following:

(h) EDUCATION AND JUSTICE AND ECONOMY MINISTERS

1/ Update of total monthly assets and general and private supplements for FEDERAL SERVICE personnel.

Art. 4° .The erogation that demands the application of this Decree will be addressed with the specific provisions of the Judicial Budget 69 . SUBSECRETARIA DE JUSTICE ..
