REPRESENTATIVES Decree 2064/90 Establish the General Consulate in the city of Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany.

VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign and CULTO RELATIONS, and

CONSIDERING

That the incorporation of the ALEMANA DEMOCRATICA REPUBLIC into the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANIA will take place on 3 October 1990.

As a result of this unification it is appropriate to establish a Consular Representation of the Republic with constituency in the territory of the present ALEMANA DEMOCRATICA DEMOCRATICA REPUBLIC.

That the enforceable power is empowered to dictate this measure by virtue of article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Art. 1 Believe, from the effective date of incorporation of the ALEMANA DEMOCRATICA REPUBLIC into the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANIA, the General Consulate of the Republic in the city of BERLIN, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANIA. Art. 2° . Assemble the Consulate General of the Republic in BERLIN, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANIA, the following consular constituency: Federated States of Berlin, Brandengurgo, Mecklenburg vor Pommern, Saxony, Saxony Anhalt and Turingia. Art. 3° . Exempt the respective Patent Charter according to the consular constituency assigned to the General Consulate in BERLIN, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF ALEMANY, according to the previous article. Art. 4° . Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And CULTO for 1990 and successive. Art. 5° .
