DECRECT N° 4.313

Buenos Aires, August 8, 1969.

VISTO Law 18.309, by which the National Executive Power has been empowered to transfer to the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires, the competence that Law No. 17.132 agreed to the Secretariat of State of Public Health, for the application of the regulations of that law, in the field of the Federal Capital; and

CONSIDERING:

That, appropriate, the administrative act that allows the purpose of the transfer,

Decrete:

Article 1 - It will be the responsibility of the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires for the implementation of the regulations contained in Act No. 17.132 and its regulations (Decree No. 6.216/67).

Art. 2° - For the purposes of the completion of those established in article 1 of the present decree, the Ministry of Social Welfare State Secretariat and the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires shall grant ad referendum of the National Executive Branch, the formalities relating to the transfer of credits, personnel, documentation and, where appropriate, the bodies currently affected to the grief of medical professions and collaborative activities, in the jurisdiction of the Federal Capital.

Art. 3rd - This decree shall be endorsed by the Ministers of Social Welfare and the Interior and signed by the Secretaries of State of Public Health and Government.

Art. 4° - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
