VISTO Decree No. 754 of 23 April 1990,

and

CONSIDERING

That through the decree the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF DEPORTE was created in the field of the MINISTERY OF HEALTH and SOCIAL ACTION, assigning to it as a mission all that concerns the integral attention of the matter in its many aspects.

As one of the objectives of the National Government to provide effective implementation of the functions inherent in the promotion, control and protection of sport, it is considered appropriate to introduce modifications to the body currently responsible for it, and to re-establish its direct dependence on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, thus centralizing the definition and implementation of policies in all matters relating to these matters at the highest level of national decision.

That, in line with these amendments, it is appropriate to adapt Decree No. 1237 of 13 November 1989, which regulates Act No. 20.655 on the Promotion and Promotion of Sport.

That this measure is made in the use of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the National Constitution and Act No. 17.881.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Consider the NATIONAL ARGENTINE OF THE DEPORTE that will act as a centralized agency of the National Civil Service, with direct dependence on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER. Art. 2° The NATIONAL ARGENTINE OF THE DEPORTE will be led and administered by a President and assisted by two Executive Secretaries. All of them shall be appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER. Art. 3° . The NATIONAL ARGENTINE OF THE DEPORTE will have the following mission:

Assist the President of the Nation in the consideration of all aspects that make up the sporting activity of the country, particularly in its promotion, control and protection, as well as in the design of policies and the management of the necessary instruments for its implementation.

Art. 4° El The president of the NATIONAL ARGENTINO NATIONAL ENTER of the DEPORTE will be the highest authority of the agency and in case of impediment or temporary absence will be replaced by the Executive Secretary he designates.

The Executive Secretaries shall assist the President of the ENTE and exercise the functions entrusted to them by the Executive Secretaries.

Art. 5°.. Delete, within the scope of the Ministry of Health and Social Action, the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF THE DEPORTE, created by Decree No.754/90. Art. 6° ENTE Transfer to the NATIONAL ARGENTINO NATIONAL ENTER of the DEPORTE, until its functional organizational structure, personnel, credits, resources and property and documentation affected to the NATIONAL EXDIRECTION OF THE DEPORTE is approved. Art. 7° . The President and the Executive Secretaries of the NATIONAL ARGENTINE OF THE DEPORTE shall receive equal remuneration as the President and the Executive Secretaries of the NATIONAL ENTER ARGENTINO DE TURISMO, respectively. Art. 8° . Until the final organizational structures are approved and the corresponding budgetary adjustments are implemented, the erogations resulting from the performance of this decree and the operation of the respective services shall be met from the provisions currently intended to finance the costs of the sectors covered, or temporarily, if necessary with the available balances of the 20 - NATION PRESIDENCE. Art. 9° 9 Replace articles 1; 2.5°; last paragraph and 7 of Decree No. 1237 of 13 November 1989, with the following:

"ARTICULO 1 . THE NATIONAL ENTER OF THE DEPORTE will be the organ of application of Law No.20.655. "

ARTICLE 2. The NATIONAL COUNCIL of the DEPORTE, established by article 7 of Act No. 20,655, shall consist of:

DOS (2) representatives of the implementing body.

OCHO (8) representatives of the REGION COUNCIL: one for each sporting region.

DOS (2) representatives of the COORDINATION COUNCIL.

One (1) representative of the ARGENTINA DEPORTS CONFEDERATION.

One (1) representative of the ARGENTINO Olympic Committee.

UN (1) representative of the Associations and/or Federations that bring together the professional Argentine sport.

One of the representatives of the implementing body shall be the incumbent and shall serve as the Presidency of the National Council and the other, which shall be appointed by the President of the NATIONAL ARGENTINO DEPORTE, shall serve as Secretary-General.

The remaining members shall be appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER on the proposal of the entities or organizations that represent, as "ad-honorem".

"ARTICULO 5, last paragraph: One of the representatives of the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE DEPORTE shall be the President of the NATIONAL ARGENTINE NATIONAL ENTER of the DEPORTE or the official named by the President. "

"ARTICULO 6.- last paragraph: The holder of the NATIONAL ARGENTINE OF THE DEPORTE shall determine which of his representatives shall exercise the presidency of the Council. "

"ARTICLE 7. The basic regulations governing the functioning of the Councils referred to in Articles 2, 4, 5 and 6 of the present shall be approved by the President of the NATIONAL ARGENTINO DEPORTE. "
