VISTO Article 6 of Decree No. 2476/90, and

CONSIDERING

That this rule establishes a single working group between 9 and 13 hours and between 13.30 and 17.30 hours.

It is therefore considered appropriate to take measures to verify their effective and strict compliance.

That the present is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1.. Those responsible for service certifications shall record in the receipts for payment of salaries of the National Civil Service (Central, Special Accounts and Decentralized Agencies) the working hours in which such services were provided.

The present measure shall be applicable to the certifications extended in the payments receipts for the month of January 1991 and subsequent months.

Art. 2°.. The payers will verify that the receipts contain the collected by the previous article, being directly responsible for the payments made without complying with that rule. Art. 3°.. The holders of the administrative services and the Fiscal Accountants of the TRIBUNAL DE CUENTS OF THE NATION shall ensure the faithful compliance with the provisions of the present, and article 6 of Decree No. 2476/90; they shall be directly responsible for the non-observances that occur, except that they communicate them immediately to the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF CONTRALOR OF THE ADMINAR REFORM.
