I am informed by Mr. JEFE of the MAYOR STATE OF ARMED FORCES, which is proposed by Mr. MINISTER DEFENSA, and

CONSIDERING

What is necessary for the ARGENTINA NATION, to create the Agregaduría de Defensa, in the UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND.

That the necessary credits should be allocated for their normal operation.

It is the power of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER under Article 86, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, to dictate this act.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1. la Believe the Aggregaduría de Defensa in the UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND DEL NORTE, from November 1, 1990. Art. 2°. _ ARMADAS shall establish the organic regime, for the fulfilment of its purpose. Art. 3°.. The expenses that demand the operation of the Aggregaduría shall be charged to the provisions of the General Budget of the Nation that administers the MAJOR STATE OF ARMED FORCES. Art. 4°..
