Article 1 . The Economic Coordination Secretariat of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA is assigned to the Licentiate D. Mario Luis VICENS (D.N.I. No. 10.043.630), who ceases to be the Director of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, for which he was appointed by Decree No. 1478/86. Art. 2o .
