Instruct it to implement the receipt of inputs from the production sectors.

VISTO treatises between the MINISTERY of ECONOMY and the private sector, and

CONSIDERING:

That the current economic situation presents profiles of undoubted gravity, and to this end, sectors of production anticipated their willingness to provide funds for palliation.

That in the light of that offer the National Government has considered reasonable and necessary to entrust its financial agent with the implementation of the same.

That the present is determined in accordance with the powers provided for in article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1.- Instruct the BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA so that in the framework of its powers instrument it receives it from the contribution referred to. In the event of issuing titles for this purpose, they may be applied, after the original expiration, to the cancellation of national tax and forecast obligations and obligations with national official banks.
