Decree 713/89

Increase the legality of the additional export right established by Decree No. 553/89, which encumbers certain exports for consumption.

CONSIDERING:

In view of the emergency situation in which the state of public finance is undergoing, urgent fiscal measures are necessary to prevent the sharpening of such measures and to allow, in the shortest possible time, to reverse the situation.

That this decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred by articles 755 of the Customs Code and 32 of Law 19,640.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1.- Increase in TEN (10) points the liquota of the additional export right established by Decree No. 553/89 which encumbers exports for the consumption of the goods covered in the tariff positions of the Nomenclature Tariff and Export Rights (NADE) as detailed in the Annex to this Decree, which is an integral part of it.

Art. 2°- This decree will begin to govern from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
