VISTO the provisions of article 27 of Act No. 19,987 and its amendments, which are organic of MUNICIPALITY OF THE CITY OF GOOD AIRES.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Intendente Municipal de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, for the period of law, to the degree D. Carlos Alfredo GROSSO (L.E. No. 7.974.945). Art. 2o Communicate, publish, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and archvese. MEN. Eduardo Bauzá.
