VISTO the need to designate the Bachelor of Economics Don Aldo Luis DUCLER as Chief of Advisors "ad-honorem" of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY, and

CONSIDERING:

That the knowledge of the above-mentioned professional, who will perform at a hierarchical level equivalent to the rank of Registrar, will benefit from the full implementation of the Mission and Functions under the competence of the Ministry.

That Article 86, paragraph 10, of the National Constitution confers the relevant authority for the dictation of this act.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Head of Advisors "ad-honorem" of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, to the Bachelor of Economics Don Aldo Luis DUCLER (L.E. No. 5.323.210), who will perform in the tasks assigned to him with hierarchical level equivalent to the rank of Secretary.
