Exempt the payment of the import duties of the port statistics, check and services rates, of the contribution to the National Fund of the Merchant Marina (record on the freights of the international shipping and the river of import) and of the consular tariff, which tax on the imports for the consumption of the goods that enter the country financed from the concessional credits granted under the agreement of the Italian Republic, The franchise granted by the preceding article is conditioned on the fact that equipment and capital assets are of Italian origin and affected by the implementation of the programmes to be carried out in compliance with the above-mentioned Treaty. The Secretariat for Industry and Foreign Trade shall be the Authority of Application and shall provide the relevant documentation to accredit to whom the express exemption is appropriate.
