LAW OF MINISTERIA Decree 1281/89 Rectification of Decree No. 1202/89.

VISTO Decree No. 1202 of 6 November 1989 and

CONSIDERING:

That by this pronouncement changes were introduced in the organization of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY, creating the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC INCOME.

In consigning the Secretariats and Undersecretariats under that State Department, it has been omitted to take into account, in the part of the SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND EXTERIOR TRADE the amendments introduced by Decree No. 235 of 13 July 1989.

That it is therefore necessary to rectify the aforementioned Decree No. 1202 of 6 November 1989.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to take the measures consequent on the basis of its powers under article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution, and in particular by article 9 of the Ministry Act (t. 1983).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 de Requires article 1 of Decree No. 1202 of 6 November 1989, in the part of the SECRETARIAT of INDUSTRIA and EXTERIOR TRADE, replacing it with the following:

VIII SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND EXTERIOR TRADE

INDUSTRIA SUBSECRETARIA

SUBSECRETARIA DE LA PEQUEÑA y MEDIANA EMPRESA

TRADE INTERCEMBERSHIP

TRADE GESTION SUBSECRETARIA
