VISTO Decree No. 167 of 6 February 1986 establishing the jurisdictional regime for the authorization and approval of contracts in the MINISTERY of ECONOMY, the SECRETARIAT OF HACIENDA AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT and the NATIONAL COMMISSION OF VALORES, and
CONSIDERING:
That by Resolution M. E. No. 371 of 22 April 1987 in accordance with the authority granted by article 5 of Decree No. 28 of 15 January 1987, which amended the limits set out in articles 56 1 and 3 (a), 57, 58 and 62 second paragraph of the Accounting Act, the respective amounts of authorization and approval of expenses were adjusted in the above-mentioned jurisdictions.
That the circumstances of the structural modification produced within the Ministry as a result of the application of the rules laid down by Decree No. 2193 of 28 November 1986 make it necessary to modify the bodies provided for in those acts.
As a result of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 58 of the Accounting Act, to determine staff members with the authority to authorize and approve recruitments.
Therefore,

Article 1 . Default of Decree No. 167 of February 6, 1986. Art. 2o Toda Any purchase-sale, as well as any convention on jobs, supplies of species, locations, leases, services and in general any agreement that means a departure or entry of funds that is not legally regulated in special form, to be carried out within the jurisdiction of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, the SECRETARIAT OF HACIENDA and REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT and the NATIONAL COMMISSION From VALORES, it shall be authorized and approved, to the limit of the amounts appropriated in Annexes I to IV which is part of this decree by the officials determined therein.
