VISTO what was proposed by the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMIC GESTION of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, and

CONSIDERING:

That the M.E. Resolution. No. 506 of 29 May 1987 as amended by its similar Nros. 816 and 817, both of 28 August 1987, restructured, inter alia, the functional strength of the General Directorate of Organization, Systems and Services of the SUBSECRETARIA DE GESTION ECONOMIC AND COORDINATION ADMINISTRATIVE, currently under the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMIC GESTION of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, by the rule of Decree No.

That later by Resolution M.E. No. 818 of 28 August 1987 approved, among others, the lower structural openings of the aforementioned General Directorate, which include the Department of Data Computing, before the Directorate of Computer Systems under the former General Directorate of Organization and Systems.

In line with the process of modernizing the state, it is necessary to provide the units that provide services in the area of electronic data processing, of the necessary resources to promote the optimal use of such services

It is therefore essential to carry out a comprehensive organizational review of the Department of Data Computing, adapting its organizational structure, mission and functions and staffing to its real functional needs.

In this regard, the restructuring approved by Resolution M.E. should be modified. No. 506/87 and its amendments creating the General Directorate for Data Systematization and its dependent units.

It is appropriate to issue the present regardless of the provisions contained in Decree No. 1.437 of 6 December 1982.

It is also necessary to modify the Distribution by Loads and Hours of the Chair of the Subparagraph 11 . personal, as provided for by Decree No. 1.332 of 14 August 1987 for the Jurisdiction 50 .

That the Commission established by article 7 of Decree No. 930 of 22 May 1985 has taken the intervention that is within it.

That this measure finds protection in the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by Article 86, Subparagraph 1 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the functional organic structure of the General Directorate of Data Systematization, unit under the TECHNICAL SUBSECRETARIA AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION of the SECRETARIAT OF ECONOMIC GESTION of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA, in accordance with the Organization, Mission and Functions, Permanent Plant and Permanent Plant and Cabinet, which form part III, Art. 2nd . Leave without effect Resolution M.E. No. 506/87 and its amendments to the relevant part of the Data Computing System. Article 3. Except for the term of ninety (90) days from the date of this Decree, to the General Directorate of Systematization of Data of the provisions of Articles 4th and 6th, paragraphs I and III of Decree 930/85,modified by its similar number 2,326 of 4 December 1985 and of the provisions of article 18 of the body approved by Decree No! 2,043 of 23 September 1980, to carry out the coverage of this unit. Article 4. Modify the Distribution by Positions and Chair Hours approved by Decree No. 1.332 of 14 August 1987 in accordance with the table that as ANEXO IV is an integral part of the measure. Annex II

GENERAL DIRECTION OF DATA SYSTEMATIZATION

UNITY OF SUPPORT

MISSION

Understand in the coordination of the analysis and design of systems, the programming and electronic processing of data, the research, development and application of new techniques and studies concerning the selection of equipment and programmes, in order to achieve a homogeneous development of the computing service for units that integrate MINISTRO UNITY and SECRETARIAS OF ECONOMIC GESTION and ECONOMIC COORDINATION.

SPECIFIC FUNTIONS

1. ∙ Understand in the development and design of data computing projects.

2. ∙ Understand in the coordination of the harmonious functioning of the different specialties that make up the service.

3. Intervene in representation of jurisdiction, in the S.C.D. activities at the state level when required.

4. Establishing the connection with other S.C.D. services at the state level in order to achieve further development of the specialization of General Directorate staff.

5. To advise, at the request of the users, on subjects of their specialty.

6. Coordinate, with its similar Ministry, the measures to achieve a functional and harmonious development of S.C.D. activity.

7. Understand in the internal dictation of training courses.

8. Supervising and coordinating distributed processing projects and facilities based on microcomputer or similar equipment.

9. To assist users in obtaining greater participation and integration of them into information-processing tasks.

SYSTEMATE DIRECTION

UNITY OF SUPPORT

MISSION

Understanding systems analysis and programming by providing technical assistance for problem identification in order to provide solutions on the topics of your competence.

FUNTIONS

1. Intervene in the study, scope and definition of systems.

2. Coordinate the documentation prepared by the different units of your area.

3. ∙ Understand in the control of the performance of the systems and propose the means that correspond.

4. Monitor improvements to systems in use and design for which they are developed

5. Project the rules of procedures to be applied by the operating sectors.

6. Control the performance of your area's staff for the purpose of prosecuting your training.

PRODUCTION

UNITY OF SUPPORT

MISSION

Understand in the coordination of the operation of the operating means, in the performance of the processes in operation, in the procedures of production control and in the control of the custody of the centralized and distributed information archives in order to obtain a rational use of the resources ensuring the perdurability of the same.

FUNTIONS

1. ∙ Understand in the processing of input information to systems in appropriate production time and form.

2. Coordinate with users the establishment of execution schedules.

3. ∙ Understand in the development of plans and procedures for the operating bet of the systems.

4. Coordinate the development and implementation of data control systems.

5. ∙ Understand in the development of rules of enforcement, operation and use of information.

6. Propose the modifications that are considered appropriate in order to improve the quality of the processes.

7. Understand in the analysis of the operational capacity of the equipment and evaluate the modernization needs of the equipment.
