VISTO file No. 67.037/87 of the registration of the SECRETARIAT of JUSTICE under the Ministry of EDUCATION and JUSTICE, by which it processes the request made by the General Directorate of the REGISTRATION OF THE INMUEBLE PROPERTY OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, to update the value of the fixed rate provided for in article 5o B of Decree No. 2687

CONSIDERING:

That the required modification is due to a suggestion of the IMPOSTITIVE GENERAL DIRECTION to facilitate the best and most agile liquidation and perception of the sow.

In order to prevent the continued depreciation of the monetary sign from provoking the dictation of successive correctional decrees of the value of the above-mentioned rate, it is appropriate to proceed to the delegation of the authority to update such values.

It is attentive that Decree No. 1.487 of 26 August 1986, in article 2, paragraphs 2 and 3 and article 5 (A), also refers to fixed values, it is advisable to include them also in the present delegation.

That the rates mentioned in Decree No. 1.487 of 26 August 1986 cannot be included in article 1 (1) of Decree No. 101 of 16 January 1985, since they were not set by law.

It is appropriate to authorize the Minister of Education and Justice to delegate to the Secretary of Justice and subsidiarily to the Assistant Secretaries of Justice and Legislative Affairs, as appropriate, the exercise of the power to update the fixed values provided for in Article 2(2) and 3 and Article 5 of Decree No. 1.487 of 26 August 1986.

In these proceedings, the permanent legal advisory service of the Ministry of Justice under the Ministry of EDUCATION and Justice has been introduced.

That the decision to adopt is in line with the powers that the Executive Power has to delegate powers, assigned by article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution and by article 14 of the Ministry Act - t.o. 1983.

Article 1 de Enter Decree No. 101 of 16 January 1985, in article 2 (f) as paragraph 24 of the following text:

"24) The updating of the fixed values provided for in Article 2, paragraphs 2 and 3 and Article 5 of Decree No. 1.487 of 26 August 1986."

Art. 2o de Authorize the Minister of Education and Justice to delegate to the Secretary of Justice and subsidiarily to the Assistant Secretaries of Justice and Legislative Affairs, as appropriate, the exercise of the authority assigned to the head of that State department by Decree No. 101 of 16 January 1985, in article 2 (f) of paragraph 24.
