VISTO Act No. 21.161, establishing the Federal Appeals Chamber with seat in the City of San Martín (Province of Buenos Aires), and
CONSIDERING:
The regulation of the above-mentioned Act is necessary for the purpose of achieving the establishment and empowerment of the said Tribunal.
That in this order of ideas it is imperative to impose its staffing, since for this purpose Law No. 21.161, refers to the assigned strength to other federal courts and to generic expressions.
That the decision fits the difficulties granted to the National Executive Power by article 86, paragraph 2, of the National Constitution.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 — The Federal Appeals Chamber with a seat in the city of San Martín (Province of Buenos Aires) will have appealed jurisdiction and will exercise superintendence over the federal courts of first instance based in the cities of Mercedes, Morón, San Isidro and San Martín.
Art. 2° — The created chamber will operate with a three-member room, two secretaries and a prosecretary.
Art. 3° — The Chamber Prosecutor's Office will work with its headline and a secretary.
Art. 4° — The Office of the Ombudsman for the Poor, Incapaces and Ausentes before the House will be exercised by the person who serves as the defender of the Poor, Incapaces and Ausentes before the Federal Courts of First Instance based in the city of San Martín (Province of Buenos Aires).
Art. 5° — The Federal Appeals Chamber of La Plata (Province of Buenos Aires) will continue to serve as an appeal against the Federal Magistrates Courts listed in article 1 in all appeals granted until the effective installation of the Tribunal established by article 1 of Act No. 21.161.
Art. 6° — The Federal Appeals Chamber of San Martín (Province of Buenos Aires) will have the strength set out in Annex I which is an integral part of this decree.
Art. 7° — Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
