JUBILATIONS AND DECREASE PENSIONS No. 2.465 The age and service limits for ordinary retirement, for staff affected to collect household wastes, are present.

Bs. As., 30/12/86

VISTO Message No. 1.525 of 15 August 1985, issued by the National Executive Branch to the Honorable Congress of the Nation, and

CONSIDERING:

That the message included the purpose of considering especially the retirement situation of dependent workers, who were directly involved in the collection of home waste.

That section 62 of Act No. 18.037 (t.o. in 1976) empowers the National Executive to establish regimes that meet age and differential services in the case of determining old age or premature exhaustion.

That the Standing Advisory Commission established by Decree No. 5.006/71 for the study and analysis of requests to be made for the application of differential retirement regimes produced views on the provision of the treatment to be agreed upon by the appointed staff.

That the result of their studies is drawn to the conclusion that such tasks, due to their sinfulness and unhealthyness, are susceptible to producing early exhaustion or aging.

Therefore,
