VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Economy, and

CONSIDERING:

The conditions provided for in article 86 of the Internal Tax Law, which was ordained in 1979 and its amendments, are met.

Accordingly, it is appropriate to make use of the authority granted by the said article.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Elevate to seventy-two percent (72 percent) the rates set out in Article 23(a), (b) and (c) of the Internal Tax Law (T. in 1979) and its amendments.

Art. 2o . The rates established by the previous article will govern from the day after the publication of this decree in the Official Gazette.

Art. 3o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
