CONSIDERING:

The amendment of article 456 (b) of the Decree No. 1,866 of 26 July 1983, as amended by its similar No. 306 of 18 February 1985, which sets the percentages that regulate the assets of the staff Called to Provide Voluntary Service in the aforementioned Institution.

It is necessary to change the current system in order to achieve a leveling between the salaries that the staff receives and the one that is active.

That the Call to Provide Service is implemented in order to be able to perform more adequately the specific tasks that the Argentine Federal Police performs for the benefit of the entire community, to which this staff, with its affluent experience and professional capacity constantly supports, allowing to have more troops.

That the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy has taken action, with a favourable effect.

This is within the framework of powers conferred by article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Amend article (b) 456 of Decree No. 1,866 of 26 July 1983 deRegulation of the law for the personnel of the Argentine Federal Police 21,965,, modified by its equal No. 306 of 18 February 1985, which will be drafted as follows:

"Art. 456.

(b) Volunteer: 90 per cent (90 per cent) of the total resulting from the sum of the monthly plus the additional existing ones of a general character (Exclusive ranking and Dedication) and any other additional that, equally in the future, is determined by the staff of the same degree of activity".

Art. 2o . In no case and as a result of the modification provided for in the previous article, the staff shall be liquidated, as set out in the regulations referred to in article 1 below the remuneration which it perceives at the date of the present. Art. 3o . Authorize the administrative service 326 ArgentinaFederal police Argentina Argentina to make the corresponding liquidations using Partida 1120; "Time staff", Character 0, Program 012 of their respective budget and, if insufficient, the unencumbered balance of the remaining items until the necessary credits are incorporated.
