VISTO Nros Decrees. 15 and 134 of 10 December 1983 and its amendments,

CONSIDERING:

That by the decrees quoted, the functions of the Secretariats and Undersecretaries of the various ministerial areas of the Presidency of the Nation and their respective missions were established.

That by Decree No. 1.189 of 26 June 1985, a change in the above-mentioned laos, the Undersecretariat for Fisheries was incorporated into the former Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, which was then named the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.

It is necessary to introduce modifications to the current organizational scheme of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in order to achieve a more agile and fluid operator among the agencies responsible for the treatment of values and multiple aspects linked to the economy.

The creation of the Under-Secretary for Agrarian Economics is therefore appropriate.

That the National Executive Power is empowered to take the measures proposed by virtue of the powers vested by the rule of article 86, paragraph (1) of the National Constitution, and in particular by article 9 of the "Law of Ministries"————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 -- Replace in article 1 of Decree No. 15 of 10 December 1983 and its amendments the relevant part of the Ministry of Economy, which shall be confirmed as follows:

Art. 2o ∙ Incorporate paragraph VII of Annex IV adopted by article 1 of Decree No. 134 of 10 December 1983 and amended by article 2 of Decree No. 1189 of 26 June 1985, as follows:

Undersecretary for Agrarian Economy

To assist the Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the issues related to the development of guidelines that serve as the basis for the establishment of agricultural policies, the implementation of strategies, programmes and projects for the agricultural sector in economic-social matters and to coordinate the actions necessary for their achievement.

Art. 3o ∙ Incorporate into the distribution of posts and hours of chairs by Decree No. 2.493 of 30 December 1985, the charges detailed in the table, annexed to this article which is an integral part of it. Art. 4o ∙ The expenditure required to comply with this decree shall be charged to: 6.05-58-001-0-353-1-11-1110 of the current budget (for the period 1985 by application of article 13 of the Accounting Act). Art. 5o ∙ The Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries shall, within a period not exceeding the ninety-nine (90) working days from the date of this decree, submit its proposal for an organic structure in accordance with the amendments adopted.
