Determine that the Secretariat for Foreign Trade will continue with the application of various laws and decrees on external marketing and commercial tourism, which were in charge of the former Trade Secretariat.

VISTO file No. 10,438/84 of the Registry of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy, and the provisions of Decree No. 3855 of 11 December 1984, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to determine that the Secretariat will continue with the application of various laws and decrees in the field of external marketing and commercial tourism that were carried out by the former Secretariat of Commerce in accordance with the provisions of Decrees No. 429 of 1 March 1982 and 283 of 19 January 1984, as well as other rules that make its specific mission.

It is appropriate to make use of the powers conferred in the Law of Ministries -t.o. 1983.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Please refer to the Ministry of Economic Affairs ' Ministry of Foreign Trade ' s Ministry ' s national body of application and prosecution at the administrative headquarters of Decree-Law No. 4686 of 15 April 1958, and authorize the Minister of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy to delegate the exercise of such powers to the General Director of Legal Affairs of the Ministry.

Art. 2o - The Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Economics is instructed to apply Act No. 23.101.

Art. 3o - Refer to Mr. Secretary of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy, the powers emanating from Decrees No. 2785 of 6 October 1975 (modified by Decree No. 2868 of 12 November 1979) and 2786 of 6 October 1975.

Art. 4o - Stay in the orbit of the Ministry of Economics Foreign Trade Secretariat, the former Undersecretariat for Tourism with its units.

Art. 5o - The Ministry of Economy ' s Foreign Trade Secretariat is encouraged to understand the role of promoting, organizing and participating in exhibitions, fairs, competitions and exhibitions aimed at promoting foreign trade.

Art. 6o - This decree will begin to govern from the day of the date.

Art. 7o - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of Official Registration and archvese.
