VISTO article 86, paragraph 10, of the National Constitution.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Designase Secretary of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Economy to the Lord Civil Engineer D. Julio Antonio Méndez (M. I. Nro. 4.214.667), who ceases to serve as Advisor to the Presidency of the Nation, for which he was appointed by Decree No. 2759 of 30 August 1984.

Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
