VISTO Article 86, paragraph 10, of the National Constitution,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Desígnase Assistant Secretary of Tax Policy and Administration of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Mr. Contador Público Nacional, Dn. Juan Carlos Gómez Sabaini (L.E. No. 4.260.437).

Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
