DECRECT N° 2.145

Authorize your headline, delegate to the National Director of Gendarmerie, the authority to approve the findings of the Official Qualification Boards.

VISTO Decree No. 2.259 of 24 June 1984, and

CONSIDERING:

It provides for the delegation of certain powers in the Minister of Defence; due to the sound administrative policy approach to decentralization of functions.

That in line with the principle underlying the precedent, it would be appropriate to empower the delegation to the National Director of Gendarmerie, on the part of the Minister of Defence, to approve the conclusions of the Official Classification Boards, conferred on it by article 4 (3) of the aforementioned Decree No. 2.259/84.

That under the present delegation, it is necessary to appropriate, in accordance with the same, the authorities chairing the Official Qualification Boards.

That this measure is determined by virtue of the powers conferred by article 86, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.

RIGHT:

Art. 2°- The Officers ' Qualification Boards shall be chaired by the Deputy Director of Gendarmerie or by the Senior Officer designated by the National Director.

Art. 3°- Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
