VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Economy of the Nation, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to coordinate the policy of the tobacco sector without implying a decrease in the level of tax revenue derived from it.

Accordingly, it is appropriate to make use of the authority conferred by article 86 of the Internal Tax Law, which was ordained in 1979 and its amendments.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Retrieve from seventy percent (70 percent) to sixty-seven percent (67 percent), the rate provided for in Article 23 of the Internal Tax Law, a text ordered in 1979 and its amendments. Art. 2o o The reduction in the rate established by the previous article shall be based on the day after the publication of the present decree in the Official Gazette. Art. 3o . Please note in due time the provisions of this decree to the H. Congress of the Nation. Art. 4o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
