CONSIDERING:
It is appropriate to increase, as from 1 March 1984, the benefits of the non-contributory pension and forecast schemes, as well as to set the correction rate to be applied for the determination of the retirement of workers in relation to dependency that cease in the activity from 29 February 1984.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 ∙ Increase by 10 per cent of the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.The above-mentioned increase shall be effective 1 March 1984 and shall be applied on the corresponding amount of 29 February 1984.
Exclude from the provisions of this article to the agreed benefits or to agree on the application of the Nros Acts. 18,464, its modifications and supplements, 22,731, 22,929 modified by 23.026, and 22,955.
Art. 2o . Elevate from 1 March 1984 to the sum of Three Thousand Three hundred Forty and One Argentine Pesos ($3.341) the minimum pensions and pensions agreed upon or agreed upon by the National Provident Funds.
