VISTO the proposal of the Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy, through which the incorporation of one (1) representative of the Ministry of Defence is encouraged to integrate the composition of that Commission, and

CONSIDERING:

That staff serving in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defence have their own characteristics in terms of their current wage regimes.

That the expenditure that demands the attention of such agents has a significant relevance in respect of the total erogations in staff of the General Budget of the Nation.

That the above reasons justify that in the composition of the above-mentioned Advisory Technical Commission, integrated in the form established by article 2 of Decree No. 267 of 16 January 1984, a representative of the said State Department is made.

Therefore,
