VISTO the decree that increases retirement and pension assets from 1 April 1984, and

CONSIDERING:

The remaining reasons for the issuance of Decree No. 885/84, which provided an exceptional monthly supplement to the provision and non-contributory benefits.

That, therefore, it is necessary to update the amount of such supplement in order to continue to give priority to the beneficiaries of lower resources.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 As of 1 April 1984, the supplement instituted by Decree No. 885/84 will be three hundred and fifty and one Argentine pesos (Argentine pesos 351) for the retirements and minimum pensions by the National Provident Funds and two hundred forty-five Argentine pesos with seventy cents ($ 245,70) for non-contributory benefits that do not exceed the minimum number. Art. 2o When the benefit is less than the sum of the minimum for each benefit plus the supplement set out in the previous article, the difference between that amount and the current allowance shall be paid as a supplement from 1 April 1984. Art. 3o The increase in Article 1 shall also apply to those entitled to benefits from March 31, 1984. Art. 4o The Social Security Secretariat is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree.
