Article 1 La The liquidation of the Supplementary Annual Succession, as determined by Art. 1st of Law 23.041, will be proportional to the time worked by the beneficiaries in each of the semesters in which the profitable remunerations are sold. Art. 2o . In all cases the proportionality referred to in the previous article will be made on the basis of fifty per cent (50 per cent) of the highest nominal monthly remuneration accrued for any term in the semester considered. Art. 3o . The calculation of fifty per cent (50 per cent) of the highest monthly remuneration accrued for any purpose within the respective semester shall be made on the total of the corresponding remuneration to be computed, in accordance with the provisions in force, for the liquidation of the supplementary annual salary. Art. 4o El The Ministry of Labour and Social Security, in the area of its competence, may interpret the provisions of this decree and make the relevant decisions for its implementation, where necessary by the particular characteristics of the activity in question or by special situations or modalities of employment benefit. Art. 5o La The Technical Advisory Commission on Public Sector Salarial Policy will be the body of interpretation with the power to clarify the rules of this decree, on the specific topics on which it agrees to competence Law No. 18,753.
