VISTO file No. 582/84 of the Registry of the Ministry of Public Works and Services, and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 126 of 6 January 1984, the National Directorate of Commercial Air Transport was transferred to the Ministry of Public Works and Services under the jurisdiction of the Command-in-Chief of the Air Force.

That Decree No. 132 of 10 December 1983, entitled "Law of Ministries t.o. 1983", in its article 21, paragraph 8, determines the competence of the Ministry of Public Works and Services, in terms of account and special funds.

That while the set of powers of the above-mentioned national leadership is under development, it is imperative in this case to take steps to allow the State, in the current economic circumstances, to fulfil in a timely manner the right of the carrier.

For the above reasons, it is urgent to update Decree No. 2952 of 23 November 1979, which regulates Article 6 of Law No. 19.030 partially amended by Law No. 19.534.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Replace Article 17 of Decree No. 6875 of 31 December 1971, in the version established by paragraph 2 of Article 1 of Decree No. 2952 of 23 November 1979, with the following:

"The Ministry of Public Works and Services shall be the authority to implement this Decree."

Art. 2o o Authorize the Minister of Public Works and Services to delegate the powers that emanate from the previous article to the Secretary of Transport. Art. 3o o Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
