VISTO file No. 0.377/82 of registration of the former Ministry of Culture of the Presidency of the Nation ­current Ministry of Education and Justice Ministry of Culture with Nros records. 996-1.333.648-2-13 and 996-1.320.389-0-01 of the registry of the National Provident Fund for State and Public Services, which promotes the extension of the benefits provided in article 66, first paragraph, of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976), to the teachers and researchers of the scientific research institutes under the above-mentioned Culture Secretariat, and

CONSIDERING:

That article 66, second paragraph of the above-mentioned Act, empowers the Executive Branch to extend to educational or scientific research posts the perception of retirement without any limitation on the part of the retiree who returns to the activity or continues in the same position.

That by Decree No. 558 of 1 July 1981, the positions held by the researchers and teachers of the National Historical Museums and the National School of Museums of the National Commission of Museums and Monuments and Historic Places have already been declared to be included in that regime, so reasons for fairness and good governance advise to approve the extent of the benefits proposed.

That from the analysis of the statutes, organigrams, mission and functions of the research institutes operating within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture of the State Department, it arises that the teaching staff and the investigators performing therein would be framed within the provisions of the legal provision.

In line with the proposal, the Secretariat for Culture and the Secretariat for Social Security have been issued.
