I look at the Nros Laws. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 18.038 (t. 1980), and

CONSIDERING:

It should be increased from 1 June 1984, the benefits of non-contributory pension and forecast schemes, as well as the correctional index to be applied for the determination of the retirement of workers in relation to dependency that cease in the activity from 31 May 1984.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Increase by 16 per cent (16 per cent) the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.

The above-mentioned increase shall be effective 1 June 1984 and shall be applied on the amount to be received as at 31 May 1984.

Exclude from the provisions of this article the monthly exceptional supplement instituted by Decree No. 885/84 and the agreed benefits or to agree on the application of the Nros Acts. 18,464, its modifications and supplements, 22,731, 22,929 modified by 23.026, and 22,955.

Art. 2o . Elevase from 1 June 1984 to the sum of four thousand nine hundred forty-three Argentine pesos ($a. 4.943) the minimum pensions and pensions agreed upon or agreed upon by the National Provident Funds. Art. 3o As of 1 June 1984, the maximum number of retirements, including the mobility established by articles 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t. 1980) will be forty-nine thousand four hundred thirty Argentine pesos ($49,430). Art. 4o . Note from 1 June 1984 in the sum of three thousand four hundred sixty Argentine pesos with ten cents ($ 3,460,10) the minimum number of gratia pensions and other non-contributory benefits and the existence of old-age and disability pensions, which are subject to article 8 of Law No. 18,820. Art. 5o 2.3016. The correctional index referred to in article 53 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) is to be applied for the determination of retirements for participants who cease to work as of 31 May 1984. Art. 6th The Social Security Secretariat is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree.
