I look at the Nros Laws. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 18.038 (t. 1980), and

CONSIDERING:

It should be increased from 1 August 1984, the benefits of non-contributory pension and forecast schemes, as well as the correctional index to be applied for the determination of the retirement of workers in relation to dependency that cease in the activity from 31 July 1984.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Increase by 20 per cent (20 per cent) the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.

The above-mentioned increase will be effective 1 August 1984 and will be applied on the amount to be paid as at 31 July 1984.

Exclude from the provisions of this article the monthly exceptional supplement instituted by Decree No. 885/84 and the agreed benefits or to agree on the application of the Nros Acts. 18,464, its modifications and supplements, 22,731, 22,929 modified by 23.026, and 22,955.

Art. 2o . Elevase from 1 August 1984 to the sum of seven thousand two hundred ninety and six Argentine pesos ($a. 7.296) the minimum pensions and pensions agreed upon or agreed to by the National Provident Funds. Art. 3o As of 1 August 1984, the maximum number of retirements, including the mobility established by Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Act No. 18,038 (t. 1980) will be seventy-two thousand nine hundred and sixty Argentine pesos ($ 72,960). Art. 4o . Note from 1 August 1984 in the sum of five thousand one hundred seven Argentine pesos ($a. 5,107) the minimum of ex gratia pensions and other non-contributory benefits and the existence of old-age pensions and disability pensions, which are subject to article 8 of Law No. 18,820. Art. 5o ∙ The correction rate referred to in article 53 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976) should be 3,3972 to apply for the determination of retirements for participants who cease to work as of 31 July 1984. Art. 6th The Social Security Secretariat is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree.
