VISTO the faculty conferred by article 9o bis of Law No. 18,694, as amended by the Laws No. 20.555, 20.556 and 22.052 and the provisions of article 11 of Act No. 18.695, as amended by Law No. 20.554, 20.555 and 22.052, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Ministry of Labour and Social Security requests the updating of the amounts of the fines set out in articles 3, 4 and 5 of Law No. 18,694 and its amendments, as well as the values set out in article 9 of the same law and the inapplicability of article 11 of Law No. 18,695 and its amendments.

That such a request is based on the need to establish the values that remain relevant to those established at the time of the enactment of the above-mentioned laws.

That the initiative falls within the provisions of articles 9o bis of Act No. 18,694, as incorporated by Act No. 22,052 and 11 last paragraph, of Act No. 18,695, as amended by Act No. 20.554, 20.555 and 22.052.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Update the amounts of the fines set out in article 3 of Law No. 18,694 as amended by Law No. 18,694. 20.555, 20.556 and 22.052, those that will be fixed in sums that will range between Argentine pesos five hundred twenty ($a 520) and Argentine pesos five thousand two hundred ($a 5200) for infringement.

Art. 2o ∙ Update the amounts of the fines set out in article 4 of Law No. 18,694 as amended by Law No. 20.555, 20.556 and 22.052, which will be fixed in sums that will range between Argentine pesos five hundred and twenty ($520) and Argentine pesos five thousand two hundred ($5200), for each worker affected by the offence.

Art. 3o ∙ Update the amounts of the fines set out in Article 5 of Law No. 18,694 as amended by Law No. 20.555, 20.556 and 22,052, those that will be fixed in sums that will oscillate between Argentine pesos thousand forty ($ 1040) and Argentine pesos fifty and two thousand ($ 52,000).

Art. 4o Update the scale of conversion of a fine to arrest provided for in article 9 of Law No. 18,694 as amended by Law No. 20.555, 20.556 and 22.052 the one who will graduate for reasons of Argentine pesos five hundred twenty ($a 520) to Argentine pesos two thousand six hundred ($a 2600) of fine, for each day of arrest.

Art. 5o ∙ Update the amount of the fine referred to in the last paragraph of article 11 of Law No. 18,695 as amended by Law No. 20.554, 20.555 and 22.052, which will be fixed in the sum of Argentine pesos three thousand nine hundred ($3900) for each applied fine.

Art. 6th Communicate, publish, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and archvese.
