VISTO, Draft Law No. 23.113 communicated by the Honorable Congress of the Nation for the purposes of Article 69 of the National Constitution, and

CONSIDERING:

That the National Executive, on the basis of Message No. 3.523 of 31 October 1984, referred to the Honorable Congress of the Nation on the same date, has estimated Article 1 (b) and (c) and Article 2 of the said project to be observable.

That, therefore, it is appropriate to use the power conferred by Article 72 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

ARTICLE 1 Note article 1 (b) and (c) and article 2 of the attached Bill No. 23.113.

ARTICLE 2 With the exception set out in the previous article, the draft law registered under No. 23.113 should be extended and tapped by the National Act.

ARTICLE 3 Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
