VISTO file No. 898.502 (FAA), reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force, proposed by the Minister of Defence, and
CONSIDERING:
Article 76 of Law No. 17.285- Aeronautical Code, where certifications of aeronautical suitability are classified, the general requirements for their obtaining are established and the designation of each of the licenses to be owned by persons performing aeronautical functions on board Argentinean tuition aircraft, as well as for those performing them on the surface.
That by virtue of the evolution of aeronautical activity in the civil field, the need has arisen to grant to persons who perform functions as "Operator of the Air Information Service" and of "Head of Aerodrome" respectively, the corresponding licenses that guarantee their suitability in the aforementioned specialties, documents which are not included in the nomenclator established in Decree No. 1.95.
It is therefore appropriate to include in Article 6 of Decree No. 1.954/77 the licences referred to in the previous consideration.

RIGHT:
Article 1 - Please include in Article 6 of Decree No. 1.954 of 8 July 1977, the following aeronautical suitability certifications:
- Air Service Operator License.
-Aerodrome Chief's license.
