DECRETO MARKS AND DESIGNATIONS No. 2.061 Update of the amounts of fines set out in article 31 of Act No. 22.362.

VISTO file No. 260.111 of the Registry of Industry and Mining, as provided for in article 31 of Act No. 22.362, Decree No. 1.109 of 4 June 1982, and

CONSIDERING:

That the amounts of the fines established there must be updated annually, according to the variation of the price index to the general level.

That between the months of February 1982 (due to the decree quoted) and May 1983 even the coefficient of that index was 5.78.

That the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Industry and Mining has taken the necessary action.

That the measure fits in the powers delegated to the National Executive Power, by article 31 "in fine" of Law No. 22.362.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ). Replace the amounts of the fines established in the first part of Article 31 of Law No. 22,362 for the following: A thousand seven hundred thirty-four Argentine pesos ($ 1734) to two hundred sixty thousand one hundred Argentine pesos ($ 260,100).

Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
