Join Y.P.F. exploration area (Cuenca Rawson Marina One).

VISTO Issue No. 11.617/83 of the Registry of Energy, and

CONSIDERING:

Que Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Sociedad del Estado solicita se le otorgue el área Exploración Marina a denominar CMR-I (Cuenca Rawson Marina One).

That the minimum work of the area is intended to obtain the necessary information to adjust the geological-structural knowledge of the Basin.

As proposed by the Energy Secretariat, as recommended by the Ministry of Public Works and Services and as set out in articles 11 and 98 (e) of Law No. 17.319, it is appropriate to access the request.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - The area of terrestrial exploration to be referred to as CMR-I (Cuenca Rawson Marina One) as a result of being subjected to exploration under the following detail:


Approximate area: Twelve thousand seven hundred square kilometres (12,700 km2).

Art. 2o - Note in five years (5) the duration of the basic period for the period of exploration, which shall begin to govern from the date of validity of the respective decree.

Art. 3o - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
