Assemble Y.P.F. an area of terrestrial exploration located in the provinces of Salta and Formosa.

VISTO Issue No. 694.967/82 of the Registry of Energy, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Petroliferous Public Prosecutor's Offices State Society requests that the land area be granted to name CNO-XXIV (Northwest Quarter Twenty-four “Ramon List”) located in the provinces of Salta and Formosa.

The aim of the minimum work is to investigate a structure of outstanding prospective interest.

As proposed by the Secretaría de Energía, which is advised by the Ministry of Public Works and Services, and is provided for in articles 11 and 98 (e) of Law No. 17.319.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - The area of terrestrial exploration to be called CNO-XXIV (Northwest Quarter 20th “Ramon List”) located in the provinces of Salta and Formosa with the aim of being subjected to exploration work determined according to the following detail:


Approximate surface: Nine thousand four hundred forty-eight square kilometres with forty-nine square hectometers (9,448,49 Km2).

Art. 2o - Note in five years (5) the duration of the basic period for the period of exploration, which shall begin to govern from the date of validity of the respective decree.

Art. 3o - Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
