I look at the Nros Laws. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 18.038 (t. 1980), and

CONSIDERING:

That according to the estimated variation in the overall level of the remunerations produced in relation to the one taken into account in establishing the previous mobility, provided for by Decree No. 1.897/83, and as determined by articles 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18,038 (t.o. 1980), it is appropriate to increase from 1 September 1983 the assets of the National Insurance Funds, to terminate

In accordance with article 76 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976), it is considered appropriate to establish a greater increase in benefits that are established on the basis of the formulas of determination of the same provided for in existing provisions prior to 1 January 1969, and which fall under the rules of Resolution No. 726/78 of the former Social Security Secretariat.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Increase by 25 per cent (25 per cent) the retirement and pension benefits provided by the National Provident Funds.

This increase will be twenty-eight per cent (28 per cent) in the case of the assets of the benefits covered by the provisions of Resolution No. 726/78 of the former Social Security Secretariat.

The above-mentioned increases will be governed from 1 September 1983 and will be applied on the amount to be received as at 31 August 1983.

Exclude from the provisions of this article to the agreed benefits or to agree on the application of the Nros Acts. 18.464, its amendments and supplements, and 22,731.

Art. 2o . Elevate from 1 September 1983 to the sum of one thousand four hundred Argentine pesos ($ 1,400) per month, the minimum pensions and pensions agreed upon or agreed by the National Provident Funds. Art. 3o As of 1 September 1983, the maximum monthly number of pensions, including the mobility established by articles 53 of Law No. 18.037 (t. 1976) and 39 of Law No. 18.038 (t. 1980), will be nine thousand three hundred and four Argentine pesos ($ 9.324) per month. Art. 4o . Note from 1 September 1983 in the sum of nine hundred eighty Argentine pesos ($980) per month, the minimum of ex gratia pensions and other non-contributory benefits and the monthly payment of old-age and disability pensions, which are subject to article 8 of Act No. 18,820: Art. 5o ∙ Be at 3,7097 the correctional index referred to in article 53 of Act No. 18,037 (t. 1976), to apply for the determination of the existence of the retirements of the participants who cease the activity from 31 August 1983. Art. 6th The retentions to be made by the National Insurance Funds for the benefit of the National Institute of Social Services for Jubilee and Pensioned as a result of the increases resulting from this decree shall be made in five (5) monthly, equal and consecutive contributions. Art. 7o " . Amend Decree No. 1.452/83, to the effect that the supplement referred to in article 7 of Decree No. 595 of 24 March 1982, which corresponds to 30 April 1983, shall be increased by the percentage set out in article 1 of the decree quoted in the first place, considering such an increase as retirement or pension, as appropriate. Art. 8o The Under-Secretary for Social Security is empowered to dictate the interpretative and complementary norms of this decree.
