Please comment on the list annexed to Decree No. 637 of 16 March 1979, chapters of the Nomenclature Tariff and Export Rights.

VISTO Record No. 78.13583 of the Registry of Commerce, Decree No. 637, dated 16 March 1979, which allows the export of goods in appropriation, and

CONSIDERING:

It must be avoided that the regime ' s protection could be carried out in operations that would devise its true purpose.

It is also necessary to continue to allow for the disposal of industrial products, or complementary to major exports, in addition to better control in cases where the goods must return to the country.

To this end it is convenient to adjust the list of products entitled to profit.

That the modification to be made will govern the future, without affecting the contracts under way.

That the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Trade Secretariat has taken the necessary action.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Exclude from the list annexed to Decree No. 637 of 16 March 1979, without exception, the following chapters of the Nomenclature Tariff and Export Rights:

Chapter IV

Milk and dairy products; bird eggs; natural honey.

Chapter V

Products of animal origin, not expressed or understood elsewhere in the nomenclature.

Chapter VI

Living plants and flowering products.

Chapter VII

Vegetables, vegetables, plants, roots and food tubers.

Chapter VIII

Edible fruits, bark of citrus and melons.

Chapter IX

Coffee, tea, mate and spices.

Chapter XIV

Subjects for braiding and carving and other products of vegetable origin, not expressed or understood elsewhere in this nomenclature.

Chapter XLI

Pies and leathers.

Art. 2o - The amendment made by this decree shall govern the future, without affecting contracts under way.
